Injuries are also common when children play. If you cut your finger, you must clean it before you put on a plaster. For an itchy rash, you should apply some ointment. Good personal hygiene, like washing hands after playing outside, is very important to stop germs.

Healthy-looking children can have hidden health problems, such as high blood pressure, if they eat too much junk food. Furthermore, those who stay indoors all day are more likely to fall ill.

They should go out to play and exercise as much as possible. Remember to stretch before you run, and drink water after you finish! Good habits keep the doctor away.
